Salone del Gusto 2010

The Salone del Gusto reached its eighth edition , devotes so accomplished its international and established itself as a key moment in the calendar than anyone in the world who cares about food. Along with Terra Madre, in which two shares is now inseparable and interrelated that interact tightly with each other, the Salone del Gusto is perhaps the only place on earth where farmers and artisans, the world of academic culture and the cooks, enogastronomy great lovers and "simple" newcomers can meet, exchange and creating friendships.

is the place where it produces a dense network of relationships in the name of sustainable food, who can still convey joy, and which is returned to its full value. The Salone del Gusto is therefore an educational event , because you can learn, learn, compare and learn, but all this is done in the name of a right to pleasure very responsible and fully supported. It is above all a party, made to know what we eat and celebrate the humanity that is involved in its production.

Piedmont Region, City of Turin and Slow Food will give Welcome to the Salone del Gusto 2010!

PENSIERO DI UN SEMPLICE STUDENTE

La riforma Gelmini passerĂ  alla storia comunque vada a finire. Penso perĂ² ci sia modo e modo di passare alla storia. In questi giorni decisivi gli university students from across Italy have been fighting together for something so many times that curse you, but they care a lot. The Bill 1905 threatens to plunge the Italian higher education the last places in the world rankings.
Numerous cuts will certainly enormous damage that will come to light in the coming years we will lose and especially the students. The quality of teaching will be much less than that of recent years. Tuition hours decreased and fewer researchers around the universities. Here's what it deeply disturbs us students as it is thanks to the help of researchers that many of us pass the exams. Their availability in order to clarify the doubts remain even after the lessons does not deserve to be rewarded in this way. It is not just for this reason that the situation for researchers is to be protected. The decree provides for other changes that I invite you to read article linked below. It is unacceptable that a body as important as the academic senate see almost canceled all its importance, this bill be confined to a marginal role. Our duty to students is to defend and fight against this decree that if it were approved in the month of November condemn Italy to the dark years, and at that point not only our students, hit right away, but every single person this country we would call. The university is the place to pass a piece of their life, students, professors, researchers and all the technical staff that is behind the operation. In short it is a kind of home, and we would like before entering the powerful and change all the more so if the worse, we were asked for permission and we listen. We know that we are in real issues, not you who are so distant from our world.
